New Sculpture

I'm excited to be working on my next large scale outdoor work. The armature has been constructed from steel and is made of a sphere (that can spin if desired) about 65cm, diameter on top of a spigot about 110cm high.
At this point I'm not sure exactly what the base or pedestal will be, but perhaps something similar to my last work of this nature, 'Eclipse'.
I intend to have it coated once again at Axolotl but not sure at this point what that will be either.
The process is extremely long and laborious but i do love watching the work evolve at it's meaning really take shape. I love hearing everyone's individual interpretations of it, often inspiring very different responses in different people.
At this point I have no deadline, a great way to work!
