Sandstone, 65cm h x 45cm w x 10cm d

A menacingly playful take on technology.  A smart phone becomes a blank headstone, a relic of past life.

Exhibited Willoughby Art Prize 2013, Sculpture on The Greens 2013, Art2Public, 2013, Wollombi.

Having never really worked in sandstone before this concept began as an experiment.  With help from Peter Morris, The Stoneyard, Quirindi, I was able to make my vision a reality which then enabled me to create my upcoming work, What Once Was, for Sculpture By The Sea 2013.
